Ravens now ahead 37-13 after 2 "pick sixes"

They call it "Pick Six" in football -- when you intercept the ball and run it in for a touchdown, or six points.

Brian St. Pierre just threw two of those -- on back-to-back offensive snaps -- and Baltimore's 23-13 lead suddenly ballooned to 37-13.

St. Pierre's first interception went to Ed Reed, who ran it for awhile, then lateraled it to fellow safety Dawan Landry, who scored.

On the Panthers' next offensive play, BSP threw the ball directly to Ravens' legendary linebacker Ray Lewis, who ran it in from 24 yards.

That made it 37-13 in a fourth quarter that was once 20-13.

How does this give us the best chance to win?

St Pierre actually did a pretty good job. His reads were usually good. The problem started when the Panthers needed to get more aggressive late in the game. Give this guy some more time to learn the offense and the Panthers could have won this game.

Your hallucinating right? The problem is the Panthers have a clueless coaching staff and a serious lack of NFL caliber talent on both sides of the ball.

John Fox has totally lost it. BSP gives us the best chance to win. LOL.

BSP did a commendable job considering the situation he was in. He showed courage and toughness. There were some good things to see with our offense that showed improvement, or at least it was clear that we had not given up. BSP looked composed and made some good reads and throws. The interceptions came as we began to press to regain the lead in the 4th. As a fan, I was encouraged and hope BSP will be healthy next week as we should have a chance to win in Cleveland if we make similar progress again this week. While we all want more wins, it is good to see that the guys are still trying to play hard and fight until the end.

A commendable effort? He made one good throw all day. About 95 percent of his completions were harmless check downs. Granted he got no help from anyone other than Goodson or Gettis but 13-28 with 2 pick sixes is "commendable"?

Why on earth would Jimmy Clausen not start if he's healthy next week? Isn't he the guy the Panthers signed to be their franchise QB? I know he's not set the world on fire but you thinking giving up on the guy after 4 nfl starts is a tad hasty??
