Just when it looked like Cleveland was going to score a TD for the third straight time, Panthers linebacker Jason Williams stripped the ball away from Cleveland's Evan Moore at the Carolina 3 in the second quarter.
That likely saved a TD, as the Browns were moving again. Williams also recovered the fumble and returned it to the 10, where the Panthers went 3-and-out and had to punt.
