Pats up lead to 17-10

After Carolina got a fourth-quarter field goal from John Kasay, New England came right back with a field goal of its own. So the Patriots still lead by a touchdown, 17-10, with 7:20 left in regulation.

New England kicker Stephen Gostkowski nailed it from 48 yards to get points for the Pats after Carolina's defense finally stopped New England at its 30 (with help from Randy Moss, who's having a terrible game and dropped a likely first-down pass on second down).

Never seen such a poor defensive display as the 96 yard drive by The Patriots. Did Ron Meeks make any adjustments. Welker was open and open and open. This entire staff needs to be blown up.

Dear Santa. Please bring us a new coach, QB, o-line, d-line, special teams players and new cheerleaders.5-11 season. Pathetic.

Good try today. No adjustments on how to cover a white guy receiver but good effort for the most part. Screw job again by the refs for the Pats, horrible calls on the Pats first TD drive, missed a false start penalty on another Pats TD drive, roughing the kicker should have been running into the kicker but oh well. We are the Panthers & will never get the benefit of the doubt calls.

Pretty obvious this game was won by the refs. Panthers played sloppy but come on. I wish Fox had lead the team off the field when the personal foul was called on the punt in the fourth quarter. Total BS.

Well....Like Fox says...IT IS WHAT IT IS...

Dear Santa, please bring me new fans so I can actually talk football with people that want a team.

Game lost on poor coaching decisions. Kasay fg attempt was amazingly stupid. Going for block on punt resulting in roughing was amazingly stupid.

Seriously??? A field goal attempt from 53 yards in the pouring rain??
What kind of bonehead would make that call?? Panthers need help.
